Refund policy

At Squatch Wear, your satisfaction is our priority. Since all of our products are made-to-order and fulfilled through our trusted partner Printify, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or there was an error in the order.

Please read the policy below carefully to understand how we handle returns, refunds, and replacements.

Made-to-Order Products

All of our items are printed specifically for you once an order is placed. Because of this:

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizes ordered, or change of mind.

  • Please double-check your order details, including size, color, and shipping address, before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with incorrect printing (e.g. wrong design, size, or product), we will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

To be eligible, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include the following:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Replacements

We will offer a free replacement if:

  • The product arrives damaged or broken

  • There is a manufacturing error (e.g., incorrect size, misprint)

  • The item never arrives and is confirmed as lost in transit

If the issue was caused by incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong address or size selected), we cannot offer a free replacement. However, we may be able to provide a discount for a reorder — contact us to discuss your options.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Incorrect size or color selected by the customer

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

  • Sale items (if applicable)

Refunds (If Applicable)

If your refund is approved:

  • It will be processed back to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • First, check the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email

  • If it's been more than 30 days and the tracking hasn’t updated or shows the package as lost, please contact us for a resolution

We do not issue refunds for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, we’ll do our best to work with you on a solution.
